Long form is the kind of improv where one suggestion turns into a whole show. Before you can do that, you need a strong foundation, and that's what this class is for.

Over six weeks you'll learn the fundamentals every good improviser relies on. We'll work on listening so closely that your scene partner's words become your best ideas, saying yes to what's happening on stage and building on it, and setting up a believable base reality so the funny stuff has something to stand on. Then we'll get into finding what's funny in a scene and playing it.

Every session is mostly on your feet, with direct notes from the instructor. After the final class, you'll perform in a live grad show for friends, family and the public.
